苹果A14仿生芯片亮相苹果通过线上方式举行2020年秋季发布会，正式推出全新一代A14仿生芯片。据悉，苹果A14仿生芯片使用了全新的6核设计（2高频+4节能核心），采用5nm工艺制程，其晶体管的尺寸以原子为单位，拥有118亿个晶体管，甚至比桌面x86处理器还多。此外，苹果A14 仿生芯片在ISP信号处理单元、安全功能、ML主控等方面也做了升级。
