29.PS_HOLD timeout is the time after which the PMIC resets
if PS_HOLD is not yet driven high by the SoC.
PMIC 做reset动作之后，需要SOC拉高PS_HOLD

If SoC does not drive PS_HOLD high,
PMIC will reset repeatedly for 1 second
and then power down.
如果没有拉低，PMIC会重复复位，并掉电
