winServer2012R2新装软件报错，已装matplotlib库，执行脚本时import报错: DLL load failed。
Windows10家庭版/专业版新装正常。

不知是不是Server版的系统环境变量要特殊配置，还是因为系统是装在u盘上的导致一些DLL缺失。
